Bar discounts and special offers at The Other Gin Palace
Members’ offers and discounts are advertised at the bar. Valid membership cards must be presented in order to qualify for Friends discounts and our bar staff reserve the right to refuse discounts to anyone unable to offer proof of membership.

Retail partner offers and discounts
Our current retail partners are highlighted in Friends’ membership packs. The Other Palace takes no responsibility for the discounts offered, or the service provided by the retail partners. Please contact the retail partner directly with any queries or complaints.

One TOP complimentary programme on all main house productions
The Other Palace produced programmes only; offer does not include souvenir brochures from visiting companies. One programme per member, per show. Only available at the Box Office on the day of the performance. Valid membership cards must be presented in order to qualify for a free programme and our Box Office staff reserve the right to refuse anyone unable to offer proof of membership.

No fees on ticket exchanges up to 48 hours before the performance
Tickets for any show may be exchanged for another performance of the same show (subject to availability). Quote your membership or booking reference number when making exchanges. Exchanged tickets will be left at the Box Office for collection.

Advance notification of upcoming productions and events
Priority booking on ticket sales for all shows

As a general rule, we will offer you a priority booking period ahead of the general public, when shows go on sale. Our higher level (Best Friends) may have greater priority booking periods. The priority booking periods may change according to the needs and demands of the visiting production. All communications will be via email, to the address you provided when joining our membership scheme.

IMPORTANT NOTE: There may be times whereby a priority booking period is not possible – for example, when a show is programmed and must go immediately on sale to the general public. Whenever this is the case, we will hold a section of the auditorium for a limited period of time and make those seats only available to Friends (with a longer period for Best Friends). Our emails will offer clear booking instructions and information each time.


Backstage tours and afternoon tea
Throughout the year we will offer dates for Friends to see onstage/backstage, followed by afternoon tea in the bar. These invitations will not include tickets to any performance. Private tours at other times may be available at additional cost.

Access to a special allocation of seats for sold-out shows
Not available via the Box Office or on-line. These seats are subject to availability and may only be accessed by contacting the Best Friends Co-ordinator directly. Full contact details are found in the membership pack.

Be the first to receive advance notification of ticket sales for special events

Your named acknowledgement in programmes, on our website and on our Front of House screens
All named acknowledgements will be added at the earliest opportunity (according to print runs) and may not happen simultaneously.
