Part of a century of 100 songs
The third in a series of five Thursday concerts showcasing 100 of the greatest songs of the 20th century, performed by and featuring five of the UK’s greatest singers of jazz and popular music.
Jacqui’s concert appearances - most recently in our Jazz Divas series at The Other Palace Studio and two sell out shows at Crazy Coqs – together with her stylistically diverse recordings showcase her seemingly effortless mastery of a wide spectrum of genres. Known primarily as a jazz singer, Jacqui’s unique musical palette also draws on folk, soul, classical, blues influences.
Jacqui is joined, at the piano, by the remarkable Memphis born American pianist/singer Charlie Wood
