Edinburgh Previews: The Trail to Oregon

This audience participation musical allows the audience to feel connected to the wagon party, naming them at the beginning of each performance and choosing the ending of the show. ‘The Trail to Oregon!’ was previously acclaimed the most historically accurate musical portrayal of the Oregon Trail so expect 12 fun and educational songs and appearances from famous historical figures, such as Henry McDoon, Cletus Jones and Cornwalls as the story unfolds around you. ‘The Trail to Oregon!’ is unlike any other musical performed at the Fringe because the audience decide what happens. What is certain however are belly aching laughs, brilliant musical performances and a 75 minute insight into 1800’s family life. Packed with improvisation and audience participation, ‘The Trail to Oregon’ is the perfect way to finish your day at the Fringe.
